1. Basic surgical technique: Parotidectomy (9.30-9.45 AM)- Dr. RK

2. Basic Surgical Technique and tricks in avoiding complications:

Thyroidectomy (9.45-10.00 AM)- Dr. KS

3. Thyroid Cancer: Current relevant guidelines (10.00-10.15 AM) – Dr PS

10.15 AM – 12:15 PM Demonstration of (60 minutes each)

1. Parotidectomy (10.15-11.15 AM)- Dr. SCS

2. Thyroidectomy (11.15 am-12.15 pm)- Dr. AT

12:15-12:45 Quiz the experts- SCS and AT with all delegates

12:45 – 1:30 PM Lunch

1:30 – 5 PM Hands on Dissection on all Exercises- All Faculty

Note:

Each cadaver shall have 4 delegates- 2 on each side.

Delegate performing one procedure shall assist the other one on next procedure and vice

versa.
