Day 1-: Parotid and Thyroid

9 – 9.20 AM                 Course introduction:  Faculty and participant introduction

9.20 – 9.30 AM            Pre Test

9.30 – 10. 15 AM         Lectures (15Minutes Each)

1. Basic surgical technique: Parotidectomy
2. Basic Surgical Technique and tricks in avoiding complications: Thyroidectomy
3. Thyroid Cancer: Current relevant guidelines

10.15 AM – 12:15 PM            Demonstration of (60 minutes each)

1. Parotidectomy
2. Thyroidectomy

12:15-12:45     Quiz the experts- SCS and AT with all delegates

12:45 – 1:30 PM                     Lunch

1:30 – 5 PM                 Hands on Dissection on all Exercises

5 – 5.30 PM                 Post Test/ Closing remarks and feedback from participants

Day 2-: Larynx and the Neck

9 – 9.20 AM                 Introduction to day’s activities

9.20 – 9.30 AM            Pre Test

9.30 – 10. 30 AM         Lectures (15Minutes Each)

1. Basic surgical technique Laryngectomy.
2. Rehabilitation of a Laryngectomee.
3. Choosing the right neck operation
4. Surgical Technique of neck dissection.

10.30 AM – 12:30 PM Demonstration of (60 minutes each)

1. Neck Dissection
2. Laryngectomy

12:30-12:45 – Quiz the experts- SCS and AT with all delegates

12:45 – 1:30 PM- Lunch

1:30 – 5 PM– Hands on Dissection on all Exercises

5 – 5.30 PM- Post Test/ Closing remarks and feedback from participant
